We talked over the years of forming a family business that would utilize our knowledge, skills and abilities. Taking inventory of our family's skills and passions, we realized that real estate would be a perfect fit to pull together Pat's 30 year association with the construction industry, Joyce's 40 years of experience in the healthcare industry in administration and as a project director. Real Estate also provided an opportunity to work closely with son, Patrick in a home construction business, Harbor Homes. Kind of a way for our family to help other families realize their home ownership goals.
